FLAMINGO BLUES

Music

The music for 'Flamingo Blues' is intended to be reflective of the early 1950s period in which the play is set, but with a modern edge. Composer Patrick Moore has made sure that the songs within the Blue Flamingo nightclub setting - such as 'Trouble' and 'Got It All' - are very much of the time, whilst character driven songs - such as My World' and 'A Little Piecea Sugar' - although retaining a 50's air, still have a feeling of modernity about them.

This makes for a diverse and exciting musical experience!
